The Saana Haatharu (Little Hands) project is a comprehensive initiative designed to introduce and promote Chinese culture, language, and additional curriculum activities within secondary-level schools. Its primary focus is on fostering an understanding and appreciation of the Chinese language, its rich cultural heritage, and history among students, executed through collaboration with Chinese volunteers.
Key Objectives
The project aims to furnish an extensive array of educational materials on the Chinese language, arts, and history. These resources serve as aids for students to engage in learning Chinese through a diverse range of books and extra-curricular activities. This not only facilitates language acquisition but also fosters an understanding of Chinese arts and history.
